Ness delivers its products across Canada. The products will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering (excluding Mailbox).
For all orders, deliveries and returns are free and made by the carrier Chronopost in 24h. The delivery will be made by Chronopost International, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country of receipt of the command.
Ness undertakes to deliver the Customer within 2 to 5 business days in the normal period and 5 to 12 business days during the periods of commercial operations after validation of the order and subject to the regulations.
In the event of a delay to the announced delivery deadline, the customer may request a simple e-mail to email@example.com to be delivered within a reasonable additional time. If this second deadline is exceeded, the Customer may notify Ness of his decision to terminate the order. The refund will then be effective within 14 days of receipt of the customer's second e-mail.
In the event of errors or omissions in the wording of the Customer's details, Ness cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the item (s) ordered.
Ness cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the occurrence of force majeure events and strikes.
Upon receipt of the package, if the Customer believes that the packaging shows signs of deterioration, he has the option to refuse the package, it will then be returned directly to our logistics center.
Ness undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of the processing of his order. The Customer will be informed of the departure of his order by Ness through his account on the site.
The carrier Chronopost will inform the Customer by e-mail and/or SMS of his parcel number and will offer him the possibility of reprogramming his delivery within the deadline provided by the carrier.
